We do not utilize personal information beyond the scope needed to achieve the defined purpose for use, and we have established measures to this end.
• Where BUSINESS FORUM delegates all or part of the management of personal information to a third party, we supervise that third party as required to ensure that delegated management of the personal information is performed in a secure manner.
• Except with the agreement of the individual in question or as required by law, BUSINESS FORUM will not share personal information with third parties.
• BUSINESS FORUM will take measures to prevent as well as remedy the disclosure, destruction, or damage of personal information.
• BUSINESS FORUM strives to respond appropriately and promptly to complaints and inquiries relating to its management of personal information. We also respond to inquiries relating to disclosure of the personal information we hold (including notification of purpose for use and requests for disclosure, correction/addition, deletion, and termination of use and/or sharing).
