- To gather information on how customers use BUSINESS FORUM products and services, and to deliver information and survey data concerning enterprises and organizations that are considered useful to customers
- To engage in product/service research and development through activities relating to market surveys, data analysis, and questionnaires
- To report the results of research and events to cooperating/participating individuals
- To contact customers as necessary for any other reason that may arise
Provision of personal information to third parties
Without specific permission, BUSINESS FORUM will not provide the personal information it gathers to third parties.
However, we may provide other enterprises/organizations with personal information in the following cases.
- When customers have requested that BUSINESS FORUM provide them with information/services relating to other enterprises/organizations, or ordering services, applications, contact, or introductions relating to products
- When customers have applied to participate in seminars/events, etc. relating to other enterprises/organizations
At events planned/managed or held by BUSINESS FORUM, specific enterprises/organizations make presentations and disseminate information considered to be of benefit to customers. BUSINESS FORUM may provide personal information of those attending such presentations to the presenting enterprises/organizations as part of a participant list. However, we pledge to obtain participants' permission for such disclosure. The personal information disclosed/provided to presenting enterprises/organizations, etc. by BUSINESS FORUM as well as the means and purpose of such provision are as follows.

- Means of provision: recording of the foregoing information in electronic format, such as CD-ROM, for provision to the relevant enterprises/organizations
- Purpose for provision: to provide information and notifications to customers concerning products and services from the relevant enterprises/organizations

BUSINESS FORUM makes every effort to keep the personal information it holds accurate and current. In addition, if requested, we will disclose the information we hold to the relevant party, and furthermore, if we are informed that such content is inaccurate, etc., we will confirm the information and as needed, add, change, correct, terminate the use of, or delete such information.
